Refund Policy

Clear cancellation and refund rules.

This policy explains how trials, subscription renewal, report credits, failed generations, and billing mistakes are handled. Last reviewed: May 17, 2026.

01

Trials

When a trial is offered, the trial length and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Cancel in PayPal before the trial converts to a paid subscription to avoid the first charge.

02

Cancellation

Subscriptions renew unless canceled in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal, but it does not automatically refund the current or past billing period.

03

Report credits

A failed generation returns the reserved credit automatically when no report is saved. A completed report, including a report with limited evidence, uses the confirmed report credit.

04

Evidence-limited reports

If MindShelf saves a usable report with evidence limits clearly marked, the report remains available in the user's library and normally counts as a completed report.

05

Cash refunds

Cash refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, confirmed paid access failures, clear billing mistakes, or legal requirements. Send the account email, PayPal subscription ID, and issue summary to jian022888@gmail.com.

06

Where refunds happen

MindShelf credit corrections are recorded inside MindShelf. Money refunds are processed through PayPal, because PayPal manages the recurring subscription and payment records.
