Refund Policy

Clear billing before users pay.

This page sets a practical refund baseline for the pre-launch product. It should be reviewed against the final payment provider setup before public launch.

Trials

If a trial is offered, billing terms should be shown before checkout. Users should be able to cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are expected to renew monthly unless canceled. Cancellation should stop future renewal, but it does not automatically refund past billing periods.

Deep Report credits

Once a Deep Report generation starts, the credit may be consumed because external model and processing costs have already been incurred.

Billing issues

Refund requests for duplicate charges, failed access, or clear billing mistakes should be reviewed case by case through the support contact path.
